Provide consultancy in Production Technology (area of expertise) as the technical authority in the area of expertise, identify and provide technology solutions, expert advice and technical support on matters related to Plant/Field asset operations support, performance improvement, development/revision of Best Practices and technical standards, and application of researched technology as well as capability development of engineers.

 

Main Challenges:

Develop/coach the young engineers in ensuring them to be the efficient and competent workforce with high leadership qualities and able to lead the experienced technicians

Adopt and adapt the best practices in the industry by keep abreast with the latest technology in the area of expertise Production Technology
