Our client is looking for an Offshore Drilling Materials Coordinator on a contract basis for a major North Sea installation. Looking for contractor to start ASAP, attractive rates & benefits.
Job Title: Offshore Drilling Materials Coordinator (DMC)
Contract length: Cover required for an initial period of three trips on a 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rota
Work related Competence: - Comprehensive understanding of Drilling Materials & Logistics processes to include base/quayside, marine and aviation activities. Expediting knowledge and experience also advantageous.
- Strong user of Excel and experience in SAP RLM/MM/PS modules
- Previous experience of logistics support to the offshore Oil and Gas industry
- Analytical thinker and good problem solver
- Have a compliance focused mindset and continually strive for excellence
- Excellent team player
- Goes above and beyond
- Conflict resolution and facilitation skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar role preferred
- Offshore experience and up to date certification (UKOA Offshore Medical, BOSIET, MIST).
