Qualification:
  • Logistics operations with Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics for Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects and Construction)
  • Decision making, urgencies
  • Adaptability, Problem solving, Communication skills with numerous entities, flexible and firm in terms of Respect of HSE rules 
  • English fluent.
Job Role:
  • Create profiles of MP personnel in DaWinci system
  • Check flight bookings are done in DAWINCI system for MP personnel travelling to JUB's 
  • Liaise with CTR about CPY flight booking : rotational, visitors, vendors
  • Update and communicate offshore/onshore about personnel logistic issues
  • Maintain the rotation plan updated
  • Communicate with employee agents and agents
  • Liaise and follow up log issues with NOC entities : OMF card
  • Ensure CTR logistics representative, located onshore, is adhering to procedure for the booking of flights in the DAWINCI system
  • Participate in the change of planning of logistics operations according to urgencies and non-planned events on site while ensuring coordination with other entities
  • Weekly reporting
  • Personnel tracking : delay in mobilization, monitoring problems
