We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Software Architect to join our team as a Senior C# Developer. This role requires a proven track record in developing complex computational algorithms and leading software architecture design. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with WinForms, SQL Server, Docker, and RabbitMQ, and will play a crucial role in shaping our software solutions within the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions using the C# programming language
  • Develop and maintain highly complex computational algorithms tailored to the specific needs of the Oil & Gas industry
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing architectural guidance and technical leadership
  • Ensure the creation of clean, scalable, and testable code by setting and maintaining high development standards
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold exceptional code quality and mentor team members
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve intricate software issues to maintain the integrity of our applications
  • Proactively stay informed about emerging trends and technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our software development process

 


Additional Requirements:

 

  • Define and enforce best practices for software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Evaluate and integrate cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure into our software ecosystem
  • Utilize data charting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ZedGraph to visualize critical information effectively
  • Mentor and guide team members in adopting Agile and Object-Oriented design methodologies
  • Conduct technical presentations and workshops to share architectural insights and promote knowledge sharing within the team

 


Requirements:

 

  • Expertise in .NET 4.8 and .NET 7, showcasing a deep understanding of the framework's capabilities and features
  • Proficiency in Git and GitFlow, demonstrating effective version control and collaborative development skills
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Object-Oriented design principles
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, leveraging AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in utilizing data charting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ZedGraph to create meaningful visualizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, accompanied by 5+ years of extensive software development experience using C#
  • Strong command of WinForms, SQL Server, Docker, and RabbitMQ, with a demonstrated ability to architect scalable solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of mathematical algorithms, showcasing an ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into efficient software
  • Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas industry, understanding its unique software needs and challenges
  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
