We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to be based in the Copenhagen area. The candidate will be part of a dynamic and vibrant everyday life with a good mood, versatile tasks and high professionalism in a fantastic interdisciplinary team of skilled building designers, building physicists, installers and marine engineers.
You will work with professionally challenging and exciting projects. The projects deal with condition assessments, technical due diligence, renovations and much more where you will be assigned your own projects. The client therefore expects you to take responsibility and be able to work independently and collaborate in different teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on building and construction projects.
Responsibilities / Requirements:- You need to have minimum of 8-10 years of experience from operation, as a client or from construction management.
- You want to make the market's best assessments of buildings and renovations and can manage and plan your own cases.
- You are structured, have a good overview and can prioritise your time.
- You are good at communicating with all actors, both internally and externally.
- As a person, you are committed, welcoming and a good colleague.
- You are experienced in the use of IT and digital tools.
- You should have experience in the preparation of technical pigeon diligence.
