IRC224157 - GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
At Eni, we are looking for a General Accountant within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V in Abu Dhabi, UAE . You will be responsible for performing general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts. Payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenues, and taxes. The accountant must ensure reporting requirements are met for every closing (monthly, quarterly, annually).
As a member of the finance and control department at Eni Abu Dhabi B.V you will be responsible for :
• Documenting financial transactions by entering accounting information in General Ledger, Accounts
• Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenues and Taxes.
• Ensuring that all transactions are supported by a clear audit trail.
• Performing monthly accounting closing activities as per Eni Group reporting requirements
• Liaising with suppliers and customers on AP/AR related matters.
• Supporting in preparation of periodical direct and indirect tax reports to be submitted to the fiscal
• authorities
• Monthly performance of internal controls and accounts reconciliations.

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Business or Administration, master's degree is a plus.
• job-related experience.
• An analytical mind, logical thinker.
• Candidate needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as this position
• requires dealing with the different departments of the organization.
• Candidate needs to be proficient in spreadsheet skills.
• SAP experience is a plus.
