Our Valued Client is seeking to fill the Role of an Administrative Assistant 35 minutes from Bonnyville 45 minutes from Cold Lake.
Contract: 1 year, with possible extension
Start Date: as soon as possible.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8-hour days, Fridays off in the Summer

Position Details:
Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Accounts payable
- payroll training
- stationary ordering
- reception
- proficiency in Excel
- processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- communicating via telephone to both internal and external individuals
- providing coverage during colleague vacation or absence
- filing, and other duties as required.
- strong communications skills, written and verbal.
- strong problem-solving skills.
Successful candidate has the follow attributes:
- working knowledge of payables and/or bookkeeping with a strong understanding of data entry and spreadsheets (Excel)
- this position requires someone who is able to work effectively, while utilizing their excellent communication skills on a daily basis
- be well organized with the ability to multi-task and work under a deadline driven, team environment.
