Responsibilities

The Geozone ALCM (Asset Life Cycle Management) Director is responsible for the leading the design, development, implementation and execution of Weatherford's global production, repair and maintenance of service assets and tooling strategy for the Geozone. The role will drive the harmonization of execution processes, the inventory and asset management process and programs to drive multi-skilling capability across the R&M workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that inspection of work areas or operating equipment are conducted to ensure conformance to established standards in areas such as cleanliness or maintenance.


QUALITY

 

 

  • Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherfords Management System.
  • Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Service Delivery Quality management systems including service records pertaining to R&M applications are utilized and accurate and up to date (WAM, IMARKS, JDE, etc.) and all quality management processes are utilized (WPTS, NCRs, OFIs, CRs).


OPERATIONS

 

 

  • Responsible to ensure the Geozone footprint, inclusive of a robust supply chain, can address the demand from Operations at a lower cost whilst meeting quality and delivery schedule requirements.
  • Partner and collaborate with product lines and engineering to integrate modern repair technologies into the execution system bringing capability to further amplify the overall objective to reduce fulfillment cost to execute within Weatherford's services portfolio
  • Coordinates with logistics to ensure assets can move from fulfillment center to operations seamlessly and compliantly to maximize both revenue generation and the utilization of each asset as defined by each product line
  • Collaborates with Supply Chain to ensure the establishment of extended roofline within supply chain management also supports the needs of the R&M - Operations support infrastructure.
  • Accountable for ensuring the Geozone R&M organization operates in accordance to all current service standards, policies and procedures.


COMMUNICATION

 

 

  • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
  • Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reports
  • Work across functional streams to ensure the harmonization of process yields lower cost and more capital efficient standard work within the delivery system
  • Collaborate with functions including Sales, Marketing and the Global PL to develop product definitions and be able to respond to client needs and market opportunities
  • Aligns strategic roadmap with key stakeholders across the company


FINANCIAL

 

 

  • Interface and partner with Global Central Planning, Product Lines and Geozone Operations to merge and harmonize practices and policies for inventory and asset management to drive better alignment to working capital targets and capitalization levels relative to total revenue.
  • All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses.
  • Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames and following the relevant financial policy and procedure.
  • Accountable for meeting the financial goals and expense control.

Qualifications

Required:

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant oilfield or business discipline.
  • 12+ years of operational, function or country management experience with 8+ years in leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers.
  • Expert leader with a proven track record of building and managing high performing teams, developing relationships, and managing internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, alignment, and commitment.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and clients. Work effectively across a diverse multicultural multilingual community.


Preferred:

 

 

  • MBA or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent
  • APICS CPIM / CIRM, CSCP, Lean / Six Sigma, and/or PMP certifications.
  • Change management and transformational change experience.
